Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned due to local Fire Ant Restrictions -We are unable to accept any returned products once they have left our premises.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please refer to our Exchanges/Store Credit section below for more information.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or payment method used for purchase) within a certain number of days.
Refund Process
Refunds must be made to the original payment method. The same credit card used for the initial payment must be presented for the refund.
Refunds to debit or credit cards must be processed in person with a valid photo ID.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes time for a refund to be officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item or to organise a Store credit, please contact us for more details on the process. Exchange options will depend on the availability of the item and may be subject to specific conditions. (Please see Returns policy)
We do our best to make sure all the prices on our site are correct, but sometimes mistakes happen (we’re only human!). If we spot an error in a product’s price after you’ve placed an order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
If the price was listed incorrectly, here’s what we’ll do:
We reserve the right to cancel any orders with incorrect pricing, but we’ll always keep things transparent and fair.
