Delivery Terms

Prior to delivery all goods must be paid for in full.

Our skilled drivers always do their best to deliver your goods where you specify using their expert judgement to avoid damage to any property, however in the interest of Health and Safety for yourself and our drivers goods will be delivered to the kerb side only.

If you request our drivers to enter your site to unload, it is your responsibility to provide suitable and safe access for our delivery vehicle and driver(s). In the event you request our driver to enter your site for delivery you agree to indemnify Upper Coomera Landscape Supplies and our employees for all damage and injury to any persons and/or public/private property which may or may not result in any costs associated with enabling the delivery vehicle to exit the site. It is up to the discretion of the driver(s) to override your instructions in the event they warrant unsafe conditions for any person(s)/property involved.

Delivery FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We have a fleet of small, medium and large trucks and we can deliver anywhere accessible by truck. You can check delivery rates by entering in a postcode on our delivery page. If you have an address outside the listed suburbs please contact us directly for a quote.

What time do your deliveries start and finish each day?

We deliver throughout the day, Monday to Saturday - Sundays by appointment.

We’re open:

  • 6am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
  • 6.30am - 4pm Saturday
  • 8am - 2pm on Sunday & some Public Holidays.
  • We are closed on Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

Please note, if you need a specific delivery time try to order a few extra days ahead – especially for early mornings and at weekends so we can ensure you get the time slot you need.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered and will it all come on one truck?

We endeavor to deliver within your chosen delivery window and will contact you directly if there are any delays.

Orders placed before 10am for items in stock on our yard can be usually be delivered same day.

Some products such as Pavers or Turf are delivered direct from the factory or Turf farm and may take longer depending on availability.

How many deliveries you will need will depend on how many products you order and quantities. We will contact you to confirm your order & delivery requirements should your order require multiple deliveries.

We do have a split truck that can carry 2 separate products up to 2 - 3 cubic metres of each product ( depending on the weight of the product). Our 4 trucks range from 2 cubic metres (smallest) to 10 cubic metres. If you need us to prioritise certain products, without waiting for other stock, please let us know and we will contact you to work out any extra delivery charges that may apply.

What site restrictions do I need to consider and advise you about before I place my order?

Please let us know about anything that may restrict access to your property such as Uneven or boggy ground that result in damaging your lawn or bogging a truck. Also advise if there are steep slopes, narrow entrances or gates, low hanging trees, branches or power-lines that may hinder tipping off the load at your property. Also, please advise if you have just had a new driveway laid.

The more information you can provide in the special instructions box when you check out the better we can service your needs.

Please note there may be additional delivery charges if jobs with large volumes of materials that would normally come in a larger truck as one delivery are requested as multiple deliveries in a small truck – please contact us to discuss options and fees.

If you are happy to let us deliver while you are not home please let us know where you would like product left or mark a spot with a stake or sign for our driver – alternatively leave a tarp on the ground for our driver to tip onto which is also a good way to protect your lawn from gravel or your driveway from getting stained or scratched when you’re shoveling!

 How do paver & block deliveries work?

Depending on quantity orders most paver, block or brick deliveries will  incur additional delivery charges or need to be delivered by the manufacturer on their trucks which are fitted with a forklift or crane. They have set delivery surcharge fees in the Brisbane and Gold Coast Metro areas for smaller deliveries - under 2 pallets for National Masonry and Apex Masonry, and under 3 tonne for Adbri Masonry, but there is no surcharge for any deliveries OVER those amounts to Brisbane and Gold Coast Metro suburbs.

Most deliveries are to the nature strip only. If you need the forklift to take your products into your property, you may need to be home to sign a waiver for their driver - it is your responsibility to arrange access and provide any traffic control required.

How do Turf deliveries work?

Turf deliveries over 40 sqm are delivered direct from the farm (unless you wish to pick up from our yard) will be charged at $105 per delivery for Gold Coast & Brisbane metro areas. For deliveries under 40 sqm please contact us for a delivery quote.

Are there any additional delivery charges for heavy items?

When you order turf, pavers, bagged cement, blocks or other products we classify as “heavy” that can be hand unloaded there maybe additional handling charges depending on quantity – please give us a call to check.

Please note heavy hand unload deliveries are ONLY to the side of the truck or within 3 metres and site conditions MUST be safe for our drivers to hand unload.

Do you deliver on Saturdays and Sundays?

Yes we deliver up to 7 days a week - please note due to Staff shortages Sundays are by appointment at this time.

Direct from Farm Turf deliveries are available Monday to Saturday – but not on Sundays.

Direct from factory Paver, Brick and Block deliveries are only available Monday through Friday - not on weekends.

Please take note of our availability times for each product and select products that will be available within your preferred timeframe. Please contact us directly to discuss your plans and requirements and we will do our best to work out how to get everything on site when you need it.

Please include any information with regard to preferred times and dates in your delivery instructions when you check out.

Ideally  try to plan to have all your products delivered a day or two before work is due to commence so your trades and/or labourers are not waiting on a delivery to before being able to get started.

We will contact you by email or by phone to confirm delivery dates and other preferences or special requirements.

What happens if you can’t deliver where I want it?

Safety comes first – for our drivers and your property. Our drivers will do their best to deliver to the location you request but there are times when it is just not possible or safe.

Drivers are only permitted to deposit goods within the immediate proximity of the delivery truck for Workcover purposes. Drivers cannot carry products to another location on your property.

Our drivers will not attempt to tip off if they reasonably believe it is too dangerous for them, you, our truck or your property. Please ensure you advise us of any potential issues when the order is placed so we are aware and can plan accordingly.

In the event we are unable to complete a delivery if we arrive to find an issue that should have been identified and communicated to us at time of order, we may need to take the delivery back to the yard. Of course, the delivery can be rescheduled when the issue is resolved, or a credit will be arranged but we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs incurred in delivery or to charge an extra delivery fee as appropriate after discussing best options with you.

Same day delivery

Same day delivery is available Mon to Sat, when you place an order before 10am. This only applies to items we have on stock in our yard and is limited to suburbs. Sunday delivery via appointment.
